might be another dumb question, but what does everyone do to gain weight if needed?

This stuff. MUSCLE JUICE 2544. Good weight and muscle gains with not Bloating like most weight gainers give ya. Plus the taste is very good when mixed with milk

Oh yeah, Forgot to mention. I combined 2 of those shakes as part of the 7 meals I had everyday. The other meals were made up of Steak, chicken, LOTS of eggs, Pasta, Rice, Potato's. In 3 years of eating like that and training 5 days a week at the gym, I went from 195 Lbs to 247 Lbs.

how much does a bucket of 2544 cost? and can you get it at most supplement places? I got my from POPEYS supplements but most places should have it. I think it was like $60.00 a bucket.

you ever try waking up at 3 am eating a large pizza and downing a 2000 cal shake, then go wright back to bed? I used to weigh 108lbs...no more! Every man can lose weight, and every man can gain weight no exceptions.

lol i cant say ive woken up at 3am to eat till i was about to burst then going back to bed.. maybe i should try it whats in the shake
