Well I survived... I think. It was 1/2 hour of warm-up and over an hour of grueling left and right hand AW. Great group of guys and F-ING STRONG! I was the weakest guy there! Once I get some practice boy, look out! I'll then be the second weakest guy there! I'll have to say my forearms and elbows ache in places, that I didn't know I had or just forgotten about. We'll see what the next day or two holds, as gripping day isn't until Tuesday, so tomorrow may just be a cardio day. I can't wait for the next practice! ;D

Its not tomorrow you got to worry about it's the next day Good to see you had a good time & that you still want to practice. Eventually the pain doesn't seem as bad the more consistent you are w/you training as long as it's a good pain Keep at her. Hopefully we see you in Edmonton in April. I find you receive majority of your knowledge & experience @ tournaments.

My left forearm is still a bit tender in the inside elbow but my right forearm, is major sore in the underside of my wrist and in the top of my ulna. Due to the touch of tennis elbow in my right, I favoured the hook and I'm feeling it! Still much better than I felt last night. I feel no soreness in any other part of my body. I grow stronger by the hour... ;D

That's a great group you are training with there. I'm sure you will improve quickly.
