Do you guys do partial hammer curl type movements where you keep the wrist locked or do you try to isolate the wrist and keeping the arm locked only move the wrist. I finally got one made by Andy Medak with a 2" handle and Im curious what you guys like to do with it. Im talking about the top of the wrist as well and not pronation/supination movement. Thanks

It was weird doing them with such light weight but I'm taking a resting period for like 2 weeks here to recover. But Since I wanted to show you, and video is easier than words. I did a couple little clips here for ya. I will show you what the basic movements are that I do. The movements look more strict and slow when I have more weight on there though. But you will get the idea. I do these: And These:

Thanks for the vids, Curtis! That's exactly what muscle group I hit with standing front sledge levers and seated sledge rotations (side to side, off the knee).

Nice vids. Gotta love technology. Seeing it is way easier than trying to understand exactly what a person is trying to describe. Nice post Smash.

I suppose you can do whatever you want with the brach rack if it works for you... But don't forget the operative word is "brach" as in BRACHIALIS. It serves it's purpose well in that regard. Curtis, the front loading pin on yours looks like its actually a little too close to your handle... the purpose is to offset the load so it's further way from your hand.

My brother made it up for me and gave it to me as a gift. Can't complain. mind you, As far as where the pegs are placed. It looks the same as Ryan's. except for my pegs are longer. Ryan's: Mine:

Hey Cutis, what are the diameters of the handle and extensions? I will have to measure them when I get home from work.
