I agree with everyone else. Would be nice to see how others are training and hopefully everyone can learn something new from others. It also keeps motivation up as you know everyone is looking at what your doing. People can also point out something that looks wrong etc. Sorry for rambling but its a great idea!

of course ill bump up the poundages by 65% or so.. and up the reps by at least 8 on every set.
did i mention that i can arm curl 300 pounds and deadlift a toyota? once a week after church.
