Do any of you guys do any rope climbing or know of other pullers who do? Ive done them from time to time but never long enough to see how much they help with armwrestling. Also at 220 its tough. I know alot of eastern europeans and russians do alot of rope climbing. Who else climbs rope, and what are your thoughts on it for its transfer to the table? Thanks in advance

I have been looking into it and thinking about what muscles are involved and I can definetly see it being very beneficial.
I know that Todd Hutchings and them do it.
I can definetly forsee Team Saskatoon doing rope climbing before practices in the summer.

In his back yard, Denis Dubreuil has a long thick rope dangling from a tree branch 30-40 feet above the ground. It is well used!
