Does anyone use the tricep bar for hammer curls? I always felt the grip was too narrow but maybe it mimics armwrestling better because the hands are inside the shoulders. Ill mess with it next workout but was curious if anyone else uses this bar for curls and what thier thoughts are on it. Thanks in advance guys,
Austin

Are you talking about one of these? If so, Then Yepp, I do hammer curls with those sometimes.

I have a custom made one with thick handles and the handles are further apart.

For me that would feel as if my hands were too close together. The one Ryan is talking about sounds way better IMO

Ive got a homemade one as well with 2" handles but its too tall if that makes sense. I cant fully lockout my arms when in the bottom position. Although this is probably not all that bad considering I should be focusing on the upper half of the range of motion anyways for armwrestling. Ryan do you have a pic of the one you use?
