Ryan,
You posted awhile back that you were doing a split like this:
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wednesday: Back & Biceps
Friday: Backpressure for armwrestling
Saturday or Sunday: Hands & Wrist which may also include table time.
1. Are you still doing something similar to this? 2. on backpressure day do you always do hammer curls and reverse curls or do you do one or the other?
Hope training is going well.

Hi Austin... I have a new split that goes as follows:
Monday: (HEAVY) Hammer Curl Bar EZ Reverse Curls Brach Rack Pulley Table Side Pressure Finger Blaster RT Wrist Curl RT Reverse Wrist Curls Block Pinch Hub Pinch Wrist Hammer
Tuesday: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Wed: Off
Thurs: Back & Biceps
Friday: (LIGHT) EZ Reverse Curls Rope Hammer Curls Finger Blaster Block Pinch Wrist Curls Wrist Roller
RT = Rolling Thunder
I also recently started practicing again... and am trying to get in once a week.

I am being very careful not to overtrain with practices and all... I make weekly adjustments.
