How many of you guys also hit the weights after you pull? Today we practice and my arms were shot so I didnt do any upper arm work but I would still hit the wrists/grip pretty hard. I liked the idea of doing both on this day to help with recovery. Does anyone else do this or do only pull on your armwrestling day? Thanks in advance guys

I think it would lead to overtraining for me personally. I used to combine them. I would be more likely to pre-exhaust certain areas like hands or wrist.

I cut some of my workouts a bit short this week after a good practice Wednesday... paranoid about causing damage with overtraining. Another practice Sunday... then a week off from practice. Definitely after the practice last Wednesday there is no way I would have been able to touch a weight. I pulled a LOT.
