The day time group are there to work out but that evening group, well I just don't know what there trying to accomplish. Mike and I get a kick out of the sway move that a lot seam to like to do. oh well Kehler, your problly still making chin ups look way easier than they are lol

Today I was at the gym and they were putting carpet on the pillars and walls with no mirrors. They were rolling on glue for this and the fumes were terrible. The place has no ventilation as it is. I complained and the wierdo lady that manages the place, who looks like she has NEVER been in a gym, told me "too bad, deal with it" then said "sorry" when she saw how pissed off I was. Curse that gym... I can't wait until MY old gym opens back up on May 1.

That would have been all I wanted... I think I dropped all of my weights a little harder than I had to today.

Gym story. One day while I was at the gym. I saw a guy using this Rotator cuff maching (pictures below) but he was trying to use it to mimick an armwrestling movement something like side presure. Instead of sitting on the bench off to once side or the other trying to do this movement with the machine He was facing the part you put your arm into and trying to do a side pressure type movement. Of couse it was very awkward for him to do as it wasn't meant for that and his elbow was up really high and it looked pretty goofy. When he was done his "Set", I asked him if he was doing it to get better at armwrestling and he said "yes", I told him some better excersises to help with armwrestling and lets just say he didnt' go back to that machine. machine:
