I used to use one of these long ago and I actually wore one out. just bought another off of Ebay to help build up my left wrist.

I agree Ryan. I think these are great. I find it works more on wrist strength endurance. Any time I m bored I usually pick this up as I find it doesnt over train my wrist and it gives a good pump

Ryan what are these worth and are they aka gyro ball? The center spins as you rotate your wrist right or is this something different?

Hey, Cool. I have one of those Gyro Balls. Mine is pretty worn out and is pretty hard to get going now and doesn't go as fast as it used to.
I never think of ebay for things like this. Good Idea. Thanks Ryan.

Its the same as a gyro ball. I think I paid $30 US after shipping.

I've had one of these for a while now, but I didn't use it for more than a couple weeks. It's a great idea but the rotor is too light. I found my hands would just cramp up from trying to twist the thing fast enough to get some resistance. If they made one with a metal rotor I'd buy it.

i use it a lot, for reverse/conventional wrist curls and rotator cuff movements
