Curious who has tried these and if so what did you think about them and what is your best on this lift. I love these and started doing them again on the advice of Luke. Great movement for the hands and wrists. I think too many give up on them as they are brutal on the fingers. It seems though that the fingers adapt fast and you can hit the wrist hard when you go up in weight.

I was doing them 2xwk when I hit them hard before but Ill probably just do these 1xwk. If I do them too often my hand takes a beating. I like to follow plate wrist curls with some type of high rep thick bar wrist curls as well. Hope this helps! I know Luke R. has hit some huge numbers on the plate wrist curls and it seems to be helping him.

Ive been doing these for awhile but would like opinions about finger placement. I usualy spread my fingers out as apposed to keeping them closed together. Which would be the better set-up or should i implement both into my routine

Interesting... I had not paid much attention to finger placement when I was doing these. I think a mix of both would be beneficial.
