I'm sure that just like anything in armwrestling that this will vary just like everything else. I will ask anyway.
More often then not, Where do you have your feet placed under the table?
I was trying new things the other day and found that I could get an AMAZING amount of back pressure when I tried something that I saw John Brzenk do in a video clip. I put both my feet side by side pretty much in between the opponents feet toward the opposite side of the table.(My feet were preety much strait down from the oponends elbow pad) I was able to create a mass amount of back pressure without having to use my biceps or shoulders to to it.
What do you guys do?
Do you change it up if you are against a Top roller? or somebody who hooks? What do you do different?
