just keep in mind not to wear yourself down too much. Otherwise you will be sacrificing weight for strength and energy. Wich would be very bad.

Cut back your normal fluid intake two days prior by about 1/4 and then the night before quit drinking fluids about 5 pm.

Thanks guys.... I weighed in at 194. On the morning of the weigh in's I weighed about 198 but I wanted to make sure I was ok so I hit the gym. Wearing my long johns, wind pants and long sleeve shirt I slugged er out for 40 mins on the treadmill. Thanks again for all the helpful hints guys.
