Here is something that I wonder about everytime I'm about the armwrestle somebody. When you are at the table where does you forarm line up with you body?
I will try to explain a bit better.....
do you line up your elbow with the middle of your chest or is it to the right a bit.
I understand that this can vary depending on how you are going to pull or depending on how you oponent pulls.
Can anybody clear this up for me a bit.

Depends... but you want to be as tight as possible.

Pulling right handed:
I try to line up my elbow tight to my torso (so it IS to the right of centre a bit) and my hand slightly more toward centre of table which ends up directly in front of my right eye. Giving my forearm a very slight angle.

as everyone is different, everyones pulling style will vary as to arm position... watch videos... you'll usually notice something relatively unique about each person you watch
