Just currious, What kind of things have you guys HOME MADE to help you train for armwrestling. I've only been in the sport for a couple years and I've come up with a very Handy pulley system and a nice wrist roller.
What kinds of things have you guys come up with?

Ryan,
Hey buddy how tall are the handles from top to bottom? I think I made mine to long so at the bottom I dont have full extension but it still works the upper range nicely. Thanks in advance,
Austin

finger blaster, 2" wrist curl bar, numerous wrist hammers w/ different handle thickness, multi-angular tubing attachments for my table, and made some chinup attachments from flatbed strapping (similar to eagle loops from ironmind)
