I'm always "around," Ryan (probably spend for too much time on these forums!), just finding it harder and harder to add anything to discussions already so good. I'm on the take now! Haha! But thanks for the welcome.

At the gym I go to , they have 'Freemotion' machines. I use the one that has 2 arms that can be set from straight up vertical to straight down. I place the arm at #4 setting and grip the handle - facing to the side while bracing myself against the arm and immitating a hook movement. Seems to be working...JGH
