How much table time should one get... assuming most of us also do weight training.

once is comfortable. If I had devon's stanima, I would do it more.

I would really like to get more table time and less time training with pulleys. A couple days a week would b ever nice.

I like once hard every 1-2 wks. I think doing some hand control work on another day where your not beating up your arm you could do more often. . .
