Well after my injuries and everything have been dealt with (hopefully) I am starting a regular training routine this week after not having one since before Manitoba Provincials on March 11.
Looking to test my arms a bit at teh Moose Pull on June 24 if everything goes well and no old aches & pains resurface.

I got in 4 sets of pain free hammer curls today... starting very slow & light. This is the first time in many months that I have done this without any pain.
