Lately I have found some guys to pull against but I am quite a bit stronger than all of them. Anybody have any ideas how to make the training more difficult for myself when I'm training with these guys? Ryan, I'm sure you've run into this problem before. What do you think man?
Good new is, I have setup weights on a pulley system to improve my armwrestling.

Pre-exhaust with weights or tubing.
Use tubing while pulling.
Get them to use 2 hands (1 around your wrist on the bottom).

What we do also is give the other person better leverage by grasping higher on the hand, etc to give an advantage...

That works for getting a good workout... but really doesn't when the goal is to practice.

another good one is play king of the table. paul avanty first introduced me to it. it sure is a good work out and table time. it dosen't realy matter if you are the hulk you will eventually lose.
