I just wanted to get a basic layout of a start to finish armwrestling practice that you go through. Please be as detailed as possible. I used to practice with Jason Roy and we used to warm up why just taking your grip and pulling with a bit of resistance and we would do that for about 10 mintes between like 3 people. Then we woudl go into just pulling at like 85% for like a hour then we would practice out Ready-Go's for like 1/2 hr.
What do you guys do?

Yeah sounds good, but I don't get the 'percentage' stuff. How can you really guage with an exact percentage how much you try. I couldn't really say that when I do holds in armwrestling that I am using 91.7% of my strength. ;D
Any how, a typical practice for me would consist of statics, holding in the losing position and ready-go training

We just made sure that we weren't pulling as hard as we possibly could. That is all. Just used that percentage as an aproximation. That is all.

We usually just have 3 guys at our practice.... after a good warm up, we usually go through 1 or 2 rounds of 'kind of the table' - sometimes we will have set moves, ie. the king always has to top-roll or vice versa. After we're tired out we will usually do drills of some sort - hook vs toproll etc, then switch movements between people, just to work on technique more... after all is said and done we tire out Espey using 2 hands.

That sounds like a great workout. Thanks for the example.
