I am having a hard time finding people to practice with who are truly into the sport. The ones I can find are nowhere near strong enough for me to get an actual workout with.
It was recommended to me to build a setup wich would be composed of a pulley fastened to the ceiling or to a wall with weights attached to one end and a hendle made on the other end. Wich would allow me to practice with some pretty good weight and simulate and armwrestling match. I know there is no replacement for pulling in matches against people but that seems to not be available to me.
Anybody have this type of setup at home and if so do you have any pictures of it?

In the picture it is set up for wrist roller... take that black tube away and you put your elbow on that padded area and pull from wherever you want.

What a mess Ryan!! ;D Wonderful setup. Though I found working with pulley's put a lot of strain on my elbow.
