Okay so some of us Sask pullers know that at Provincials this weekend I first off made a loud pop in my left elbow than after it was done, having a few matches later that night my right one pops! And they hurt like right on the tendents. What should I do, how long for rest, go see a Doc or what!? Because I need to get back to training right away if I want to do decent at Nationals.

lots of ice over the joint with the arm straight... thats a good start
don't jump back into traing too quickly or you'll make it worse
potentially sounds like a strain... the pop can come from the joint shifting, or the tendons themselves. Couldn't say what degree of strain... but your body will let you know when it's ready... could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks to get back to it, depending on the action you take to promote healing/recovery
good luck
