No.... I don't. I just put that weight on there to look impressive to everyone. *sarcasm off* That is the weight I have had on there for months. Before my lay off I was doing 30 slow reps (4 sets).

The only time it bends backwards is when I want it to... for example at Worlds when I tried that with August Smisl. It worked once.

I have the complete set (100 to 300lbs). I originally considered my hand strength to be relatively weak, but I have worked up to closing the 250. I think they are a pretty good value when you buy the set.

I got in my 200LB ones a few days ago and they are Amazing quality.
I can close them without too much effort so I think the next step that I will buy is the 300LB.
Sure are alot nicer piece than the Walmart ones i've been using for years.
