This section is funny.
With the amount of people i know experimenting with supplementation there doesnt seem to be any posts with current or possible stacks that people are taking to aid in quick recovery or boost over strength.
It almost seems like people dont want anybody to know if or what they are taking. ( over the counter i.e. creatine, protien etc.)
I would like suggestions on my stack.

for strength you should reverse your pyramid (ie 4-6-8-10-12) after a good warmup, and train each bodypart once per week not twice. Your probably overtraining. In terms of supplementation your protein intatake is not enough. If you weigh 150lbs consume 150 grams, so add whey(isolate not concentrate) protein powder to your diet. And on days you practice on a table I would lay off the weight training that day. Just my opinion though. Good luck.

Thanks Chris..My weight is usually 130. I take in 145 gm of protein a day between whole food and whey. Ive just started this new routine recently and was a little worried about overtraining but im finding loading with BCAA'S is really helping

Training each bodypart only once per week is the downfall of many.
Training a muscle/group of muscles 2x week can be extremely effective, provided that it is done correctly. It's the whole basis of conjugate method training. The key being placing them under different types of stresses in the same week (maximal, dynamic, repetitive). Athletes who train this way often befome bigger and stronger and faster much more quickly and efficieintly. Bombarding them within the same parameters constantly, however will eventually leave you weak, overtrained, and possibly injured.
You need to force the adaptation process on your body to make this happen, people who are conditioned to training each bodypart 1x a week can't handle it at first, but eventually it will make the change.
Will.. in regards to your routine... I agree with chris, you're going to overtrain or hurt yourself.... through lifting and armwrestling, you're hitting elbow flexors 6 different times in 5 days... not to mention everything else. That's not right. You need some recovery time in there... I'd honestly take a step back and completely revise that program. no offense, but if you're actually doing that with any kind of intensity it's going to catch up with you sooner than later.

Kehler good stuff bro. I have increased the frequency of my workouts and have gotten great results. You have to scale back the volume but In my opinion hitting everything 1xwk isnt very efficient and didnt become popular untill the 80's when steroids became rampant. Try slowly increasing your frequency and also check out CHad Waterburys articles on testosterone.net.
Good luck
Austin
