If you could find some training partners that would help most - not sure how experienced you are armwrestling, but actual practice kicks the hell out of weightlifting. Weightlifting to augment your armwrestling practice is the best I think.
I can't offer much more advice, since I never find the time to weightlift much anymore, but I can armwrestle my clubmates once a week, which surprisingly does still give me gains (although very slow).

I didn't make any real progress in Armerestling until I started Arnwrestling as first priority and bodybuilding second. Check out INTHEHOOK.com and watch the Devon Larratt vids to see some great training excersises

Thats interesting to hear Curtis. I have always wondered about this too - gym vs. table. It seems like we all have stories about beating some 300lb gym monster with 22" arms, then losing to a friends 63 year old dad. Well maybe my story is a bit specific... The loss is a true story, it happened a couple weeks back to me!
Looking forward to Moose Jaw - Rematch Smash!

Tyson Hey Tyson, Yeah....seems like all my years in the gym did very little for my Armwrestling. But once I started practicing regularily with the team the gains came pretty quick. Rematch!?? You don't want none of this!! Hahaha

I did competitive bodybuilding for years, I got on the table at 230lbs and got smoked by 170lb Mark Vieira like I wasn't holding onto his hand at all--very humbling experience...back to the drawing board has led me to the conclusion that I spend very little time in the gym unless I'm just doing some quick crossfit workouts and spending much more time getting my arm trashed on the table.
