This may sound stupid to some, dont know. But it worked for me! To make my wrists thicker I took two pieces of 2 x 4, layed them flat on top of one another and with a screw driver i screwed in a 3 inch screw all the way in, then all the way out. Back and forth left hand and right a couple full reps each. Doesn't sound like much but it worked big time for me . Hope it can help someone else.
