i am trying to work out at home before i go somewhere to work out and end up hurting myself, i was just wondering what else i could do to build up bicep and forarm strength, i allready do arm curls wrist curls and hammer curls, some extra shoulder strenght would be nice to... any tips???

I found doing shoulder presses with a twisting motion helps build a good strong shoulder some people call it arnold presses you have your palms faceing you then twist at the top so they face away from you. for a good bicep you should try 21s do 7 half way up then 7 half way down then 7 all the way up an down.

well i have three jobs now so my weekends are kind of spoken for but if you have weekdays available i can work it in. if you only have sundays i can try and work something out..
