Saskatchewan Vs. Manitoba - SASK WINS!!!!!!

I'm going to keep this short and sweet as the hotel we were staying at in Moose Jaw was BRUTAL!!!! and there were people breaking bottles outside at 5AM so My wife and I packed up our stuff, running on near ZERO sleep and we drove home to Saskatoon.

The Supermatches were setup in a way that in each best of 7 match if you got any wins in there you got points for your province.

It came down to the VERY last match between Mike.B and Kayne H and Kayne brought the point standing to DEAD EVEN after a Boatload of Supermatches.

Here's were it got REALLY CRAZY!!!!!
Kayne and Ryan Espey decided that as a tie breaker, Because of all the hype around Me and Perry's match that it would be a "great idea" to have perry and I pull Once Left and Once Right and if it was a still a tie then there would be a coin toss and whoever Won the coin toss would be able to decide what arm they wanted to pull the tie breaker match.

I wanted "NO!!!" Part of this. AT ALL!!!!

But that was the decision.

.....Little background,
I Did beat perry Right arm in our supermatch 4-1, I lost 1 on fouls(I truly could NOT believe it, he's very strong) and he beat me Left 4-0.

Ok, So now it was down to wire.

Perry and I pulled LEFT arm first where we both hit hard and fast on the GO and our hands came appart dead center of the table.

Strap match....Perry wins.

Right arm
I win quite quickly.

COIN TOSS.

Because Manitoba are visiting us, they get to pick a side, Perry chooses Heads......It's TAILS!!!

I choose right arm and we Pull.
I WIN!!!, But....... There was a ref call. Still not 100% sure what it was, Terry.P had called an Early start on one of us.

We Pull again right arm.

I Toproll through perry and win the GIANT trophy for Saskatchewan.

WHAT A RUSH!!!!!

I got lots of footage but did run out of battery on my camera and did miss some matches.

Gary Roberts (ARMTV) Filmed the ENTIRE thing and it can all be seen on ARMTV very soon I'm sure.

I will take pics of the GIANT PROVINCE trophy and my winners plaque.

Yes, Terry figured that since I won the tie breaker match that i would have control over the Province trophy for the year. I will more than likely bring it to Tyrrells place where Team Saskatoon trains.

I will also try to get footage up by Tomorrow night.....ugggg. Tonight.. Sunday night here. We will see though.

Ryan Espey did beat kade.R and YES, he did go inside with him on 3 matches. Very well done.

Also Mike Barrett beat out Kade in the finals of the ROTN as well. Mike used his greater knowledge of the finesse side of armwrestling to cause Kade to foul himself out in the final match.

First off I would like to apoligze to all the armwrestlers who stayed in our Host Hotel.It's a close motel to the venue but it was also right beside a Beer Gardens.Alot of people come from across Westren Canada to take in our Sidewalk Days and seems to get bigger but rougher every year. I should have booked a hotel up on the hill away from all the night life,fighting,noise etc. Most of all this is caused by out of towners and Moose Jaw is a very quiet friendly city normally. Sorry once again to all for this mistake.

I thank all who came and I must say in all the 7 years the Moose Pull has taken place this was the best!!! Excellent matches,intensity,ARM TV, Team work,the list goes on. WoW!!This will be hard to beat.Thanks to Ryan and his crew,Gary from ARM TV ,the venue the Park Hotel and Niteclub.What a day!!
