Ryan ... Were going to miss you ... we were looking forward to seeing you at the event and Niagra Falls. I know what you mean about pain ... I can not heal up as fast as I use to.... and with so many big events back to back they are taking there toll on my arm.
We will be meeting up with Gary Goodridge while we are there ..... should be a great weekend.

Tell Gary I said "hi" even though he probably doesn't know who I am. Although I have seen just about all of his fights for the last 5 years. He just fought Heath Herring in K1. |

I forgot to ask you earlier when the injuries happened. Scott told me that off camera Ben totally dominated you both arms slamming you hard easily.Hee Hee!!

I felt good at Nationals and Worlds... I think it started during Worlds. I was so motivated when I got home to train that I just pushed it too hard.

Hey Ryan, I don't think anyone should need an explanation about this it happens to basically everyone's career at least once. Usually a couple of months off to completely rest will do your arm a world of good. It just needs some time to catch up with all of the work we put our arms through in this sport. We punish our arms quite a bit and they need a vacation sometimes too. Rest up, get better no one can think badly about you taking care of yourself.

They have some interesting words to replace swears... try some of the other ones. The pretty boy in the pic is Canada's own Ben Mulroney. We still have a spot coming up on Canadian Idol within the first 3 episodes. |
