I agree that if there is support to switch to pounds for the men, it would make sense to switch for the women as well. If round numbers are desired, what could the classes look like? 130, 150, 175, 175+?

or they could be 135 (Also a UFC class) and then the others could be selected from the men's classes so as to not be making up additional classes (and they can have the same names like "welterweight"), e.g. 155, 185, unlimited.
The same could be applied to the Masters and Grandmasters - select from the open men.
