I honestly have no opinion on a "bonelock" nor would I like to introduce it to the article. I appreciate your comments but my goal for the article was to help new people get into the sport and learn common language and basic skills

Interesting note by Dixon - I've seen someone else say this on facebook, but never thought about it much as I rarely use the press. I would think you could do both types of presses - I used a flop-wrist with no tricep against Pete Kelly at Nationals, so I see Dixon's point. I think John Brzenk does use his tricep to press though.

Awesome Will! Whoa when I saw you doing those 120lb partials that shocked me - that's serious power for anyone, let alone a guy in the 65kg weight class. No wonder you're national champ!
