hi every body , i think the little finger and ring finger are very important in armwrestling. that too at their different joints DIP joint ,PIP joint and McP joint.
and many may have a weakness in the MCP[metacarpo-phalangeal joint] joint.
i think this weak spot is exploited by the lowhand toprollers...
can u share some ideas on this area training ?

as i have spotted some definite weakness in my 4 and 5th fingers i have started some specific training for them since 1week. i am using thin straps and thin rubber tubes [instead of thick bars ] ...and doing some resistant exercises with 4th finger alone and 5th finger alone independently....giving special attention to the MCP joints. .... i will post the results in 4weeks...
lol ...this will be my last efforts for defending a lowhand toproller who always laughs at me ....do or.....

i think i am better in my defense now in the initial bouts . but i have to train for stamina too.
this must tell us that training for the weak links individually is helpful .
