If anyone is interested Liane now sells a diet program through her business with guaranteed results. She has personally lost 40 lbs in 4 1/2 months and has not really changed her eating habits. If you are interested PM me.
Thanks
John

Hey start your own thread John... lol I am down 102lbs Hi Ryan, How about your armwrestling and weight lifting strength. Did it go down or you are able to maintain them. I think You are the best person to speak on the relationship of body weight with armwrestling strength. Thanks, Dixon

We will find out soon enough. I have no gauge right now other than gym strength which has actually gine up in some areas. I have been focusing more on armwrestling and will be doing more table time than normal starting this week.

Hey start your own thread John... lol I am down 102lbs That is awesome Ryan, I am sure you will like the benefits of being leaner. Knees and joints sure take a beating when you have extra weight. Are you trying to get to a specific weight or just tryin to trim down. Mike Roy was in excess of 300 lbs about ten years ago and now pulls 154. He still does most of his extrordinary feats of strength with nails, fryin pans and weights. It is amazing what your body can do!

And he can still do all that stuff...
I feel fantastic. I had no set weight in mind but now it is realistic that I could pull 242 with a weight cut.
