hi , i think this would be a more relevant topic for discussion . we know that during set up people place their elbows in various positions of pad from centre to different edges of the pad according to the technique they are going to apply. it will be nice some of the experienced coaches come up and summaries the different elbow positions best suited for each movement.
i will start with one information i know: recently i was taught to keep the elbow closer to the body for doing a shoulder press ...
