hi , is there anyone who underwent a wrist surgery and still continue to armwrestle? i heard that Travis had a wrist surgery in right hand ,which is preventing him from further training with right hand-is it tue? do u think a good surgeon can correct the injured ligaments and bring back the normal power for aw? or a wrist surgery means ,end of aw career?

Aside from a broken spine or major head trauma, considering the technology today. There is no structural injury that can occur, that would force the end of an aw career. Assuming of course the individual is motivated and not mentally weak.

I had major wrist surgery just a few years after i started armwrestling. My rt wrist was broken in several places and dislocated as well as upper thumb. A few years after that i broke 3 bones in the top of my hand. All together 2 surgerys and 4 pins in rt wrist and hand. On top of that tore rt bicep and had surgery to repair. Travis should start pulling the kids classes....hahaha.

I had a bone in my left hand spiral fractured. There is a screw in there helping hold it together. My left still does pretty well.
