Hey!
Got a tournment coming up in about 3 months and i was just needs some tips as to how to lose 20lbs, but still be able to maintain and increase my strength.
Any Ideas?

alil late to reply, but i would recomend lots of cardio and good quality protien to help with lean muscel, i am in the same situation for provincals, but i gotta lose alil more
