Year you started pulling: 2008 - first tourney in May, first practice in June.
Weight you compete at: 154 lbs.
Favorite Pulling style: I'm best in a hook but like to toproll and hook
Toughest Match you've pulled: Against Yosef left handed at the 2009 Canton Days. We pulled for a while then I intentionally fouled to get a restart. We went again for a while and he fouled. Finally he pinned me in the next match. My toughest matches have all been with Yosef left handed thus far.

Supplements Used: Protein and milk
Favorite Puller/or somebody you look up to in the sport: Lots of favorites; Travis Bagent, Devon Larratt, John Brzenk,Nick Zinna, Herman McCoy, Rustam Babayev, Bob Bishop, Brandon Dye, Chris Chandler, Heidi Andersson, Emma Clark, Taylor Johnson, Cobra Rhodes, Eric Walls, Joseph Cordova, Scott Ballinger, Ethan Fritsche, Brad Spine, Mike West, Rett Houdek, Chase Stratton, and anyone with a positive attitude who isn't full of themselves.
How often do you train: Once a week on the table and 4-5 times a week (depending on how sore I am) with weights and resistance bands
Training tips: I'm too new to really give tips but train your weaknesses and if you're too sore to lift/workout heavy, workout with light weights to get the blood flowing through your tendons.
Goal(s): 2010 - win Unified's Nationals, or at least qualify for the 2012 Arnold Classic, win the 154 class at the Minnesota and South Dakota State Championships
Longterm: Win a World Title, win national titles with both arms, be ranked top 10 in the USA, both arms, get on the top 10 World Rankings.
