Good to hear from you Curtis, there is no doubt that pulling Tyrell would definately motivate you. He is an excellent armwrestler in a league of his own and you're no slouch yourself from what I've seen online. One of these day's I hope to make it out East and pull in one of your tournaments, it would be a great learning experience.
As for the Canadian version of NX Labs Methyl Test; there are products that actually work like Novedex XT by Gaspari Nutrition. I tend to be leary of any products that have "Methyl" in the name.
I have heard of some people getting bloat from ON Whey usually due to lactose intollerance, but it is higher grade whey. Another Whey protein I like is Nutrabolics Isobolic, very low in lactose. IT is expensive but quality comes with a price.
I think everyone who is involved in any sport tend to overtrain every once in a while. Constant overtraining can actually put your training in reverse and deplete testosterone levels and cause long term ailments. I used to think I was invinceable, very active in football, rugby etc.. and playing injured back then has caught up to me now, I don't heal the same anymore and I think I'm still young.LOL Now I have to listen to my body or I pay a the price. Don't get me wrong, I push myself to the max but I know when enough is enough. The only way is finding that perfect balance.
I feel that playing with artificial testosterone supplements will only give me a crutch unless there is a medical reason and would need a prescribed medication. Playing with testosterone boosters can upset your natural testosterone production. Also these test supplements have a lot of fancy made up names for their ingredients. Who know's what you're actually taking? It's unreal to think how many people take supplements they know nothing about. It's like going to a fancy restaurant and ordering X Y Z A when in fact your getting C R A P.
If anyone wants to search supplements check out
www.supplementcritic.com It's a good website for supplements actual people used.
Great talking with you Curtis,
