Training tips: POWERLIFTING DOES NOT NECESSARILY TRANSLATE TO SUCSESS AT THE TABLE. ARMWRESTLING MAKES YOU BETTER AT ARMWRESTLING. POWERLIFTING WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT FOUNDATION TO START FROM, THOUGH.
Goal(s): BE A BETTER ARMWRESTLER. PLACE IN THE 2010 PROVINCIALS (OPEN CLASS) AND QUALIFY FOR THE 2010 NATIONALS.
