I'll be heading to the hometown of Canadian Champion Chris Gobby this Saturday to shoot some video and take in some table time. Chris is gonna show us how he gets (and keeps) looking like a freak!
He is going to tell us how to build the power to take control when the match stops. Chris may not be known for his blazing speed but nobody has the strength and stamina to rip through someone like Mr. Gobby does when tha' brakes are put on.
So be prepared for some gut wrenching workouts. He is not only gonna tell us what he does but the theory behind it, AND the proper exercises to be training.
So if you are looking for some help in the power department, look no further, Chris is gonna bring tha' pain! Do you have the balls to train like Gobby? Do you have the determination it takes to become a champion? Chris is going to give you a look into what it does take. So pull up a chair and get ready, Chris Gobby is going to knock your f**king head off!!

I would like to ask this question... If it's not too late... Chris Gobby had an incredible supermatch win over 220lb - Hasan Monfils - who is very tough.
Chris, as far as supermatch wins goes, will you top that, and who do you see as someone you could possibly beat that would top Hasan?

Hasan was 198 when Chris beat him.
Not to steal thunder from Chris but 220 Hasan is way different then 198 Hasan.. I've felt both versions with different results.

Just got back from Chris' home in Montreal and my arms are smoked! What a d**n tank in the gym. He may look like a bodybuilder but he sure doesn't train like one. No fancy curls with light weights, no tricep kickbacks with 15 pounds... Chris was doing dips with 180 pounds strapped to a belt and banging them out! At a bodyweight of 154 pounds!!! His partial rep curls on the preacher bench will SHOCK peeps when they see it! MASSIVE WEIGHTS, MASSIVE ARMS AND MASSIVE STRENGTH are showcased in this video along with diet and nutrition advice. He talks about it all. The video will be out after we finish the down/uploading process along with a little editing. Stay tuned, I'll post links as soon as its online!

Actually Ryan, you may be surprised... Chris is working on his toprolling game. It hasn't caught up to his hook yet but if/when it does he will be even more dangerous.
