Hey Ryan, do you climb? Do you feel as if it's even needed in your training, or a waste of time. All I know is that you have incredible strenght. Did this at all contribute to that? Your biggest fan by the way

Doea anybody know where I can find a proffesional Rope to climb? It just sort of happens that there are none here in Calgary, all I got is this Princess Auto cord of sh!@. But anywho, I hope this aint one of those things that you have to order in the states again, like those captain gripping devices.

For Team Saskatoon here we just use a 1.5" thick NON-Vinyl rope. It's like a Hemp rope. Nothing fancy, Home depot.

Your biggest fan by the way Hi Tim Sorry I did not respond to this earlier... I did not even notice that it was addressed to me. I do not currently rope climb but I may incorporate it in the near future just to change things up... although I am 330lbs rigt now so I am not sure how well I will do climbing a rope. I have never really done it as part of my training so I guess my opinion would be that it is not really needed.

Hey Tim, when you're at Gold's, you could use the triceps rope (the thick black type) for lat pulldowns. Not quite the exact same, but it would work your hands and forearms in a similar manner. Be sure to grab the rope in the middle of the handle, don't let the hands slide down to the knots. It's back day for me today. If you want to give me a call at home (check your mailbox) then we could go later today sometime?

I don't know, for some reason Curtis I can't seem to find ropes of that caliber around here. I guess I'm just not looking hard enough. You did mention somewhere that rope climbing got rid of that pain in your inner elbow, is this true. It seems to me that whenever i climb, it just makes it worst. However I've only been climbing for a couple weeks though. How long does it usually take for that pain to subside?

Ryan, you don't need the rope cause you're already strong enough as it is, lol. Besides, you need to try and let the normal average person catch up to you anyways. Hey you don't see me doing 220 lbs on the reverse curls, thats simply because I can't do it or else i probably would, lol.

Hey Mathew whats up, I got your message. sorry it took so long to reply. It ends up that saturdays and sundays arn't good for me simply because I'm working longer hours and can't seem to make it on time before the gym close, or else i would for sure train with ya. I'm now only taking mondays off for work because of the convinience it has on me.
