I would say plastic & spray paint by the look on his face. I don't know about you but if I had close to 260kgs on my arms my face would look like Iam taking a mean crap.

I just said 260... these are 2 direct answers from Alexey on the Armpower Q&A: Question: Alexey, how much do you lift on one hand in half movement? I heard that 230 kg, but it is hard for me to believe (how does your lock resist it???)?Do you have any picture with this event? Answer: Yes, such picture made me American TV crew during their stay in Sochi in the summer. Then there was another questions about bicep curls.... Answer: Biceps curls are my favourite exercises. There are few machines in my training room so I perform these exercises in sitting position, from right angle, elbow leaning on the inner side of thigh. I use big loads, many sets and few movements. In the last two sets I hold the max load for 10 sec. I make 3 movements with 125kg at the moment. But for the European Championship I am going to rise the load to 130kg. these are old... I only brought it up because the dumbell in that picture looks ridiculous... and ass Matt pointed out, he's not even flinching... c'mon now

I doubt he can do it "open arm" though! 260kg is like 572 lbs. Just doing open one arm chin-ups is hard. And that is with your own weight. And he weights around 240 lbs. I am around 147-150 lbs and I could hold my weight with one arm for maybe 20 secs. That was back in 2000 of course. I don't think I can anymore but I am working on it. With that amount of weight, he would be looking like he was taking a dump! ;D I mean seriously, come on!

I believe. Anyone know the diameter or size of hole for a plate (large hole), I'm going to build a dumbell with a 2" handle for a guy but I need to know the hole size so I can machine down the ends of the shaft that I'm going to use.
