whats everyone think about creatine? any big gains from it?

I love powerdered creatine. Made good gains from it, I do gain a lot of water weight from it though. I find the liquid stuff to be junk.

Depends on the brand... but yes, you do get good gains from it.

The best that works for me is the Prolab creatine Monohydrate , really help me to recover my muscles between work outs and i feel stronger too

creatine gluconate is the fastest acting and most efficient. Works for me.

Go to t-nation.com Thier creatine is the best Ive tried and its cheap. Its micronized so it mixes very well.

You know what is all the rage now and gave me MUCH better gains. Stuff called Purple K. It acts in the same way as creatine but is in a pill form and is amazing stuff. After using Purple K i woudn't buy Creatine ever again. GNC sells something that is equivelant but has a bit differnt name. Can't recall what it's called.
