Today I tried out the static wrist curl with a thick bar and loved it. Ill probably stick to singles 1xwk on my heavy armwrestling workout day. Curious what kind of weights Devon and others have worked up to with 1 hand and thick barbell. Just worked up to 65 today for some holds to get a feel of the movement.
