Im weighing about 213-214 and I need to be at 209 by friday afternoon. Any tips guys? Im planning on cutting my carbs tommorow and then drop liquids on friday untill weigh ins.

Tape garbage bags on your feet, legs, arms and torso and go in the bathroom and turn the shower on just hot and hang out in there for a while. You will loose 4 lbs Easy!

eat lemons the night before. a bunch of them. <--- never tried but it was recommended to me drop your liquids thursday at dinner... dont wait till friday. eat light and you should be ok Austin. Four pounds is nothing to *sweat* over. i would still cut back on liquids now just not altogether. you could always go into a tanning bed the day of... im sure you would sweat off a bit in there

If you can weigh in the night before the garbage trick works well. I dropped 3 pounds in 30 minutes. Replenish right after and you feel like you have a minor hangover for a while. If you have to weigh in a couple hours before the tourny then I reccommend against that.

Im weighing in the night before and have to go straight from work to the weigh-ins so Im somewhat limited to what I can do before hand. Thanks for all the tips guys I appreciate it.

This morning I weigh 211 and Ill be weighing in tonight at 5:00 or so. For breakfest I had 3 hard boiled eggs and some coffee. 2 more pounds to go before the weighins. Its going to be tough not eating all day. Ill probably snack on some almonds. Any other ideas for the last 2 today?

Austin,
For me fasting isn't the quickest way to lose weight. Eating one or two small bites of calorie-poor food (raw, green veggies especially) at regular mealtimes strips weight off me fast.

I have the same thing Luke. If I fast, My body hangs onto what it has for callories already and I don't burn much. I have to be eating little things at least every few hrs and it keep my motabolism up and burns alot faster. Veggies and non fatty nuts seem to help alot.
