Might sound like a dumb question Ryan but have you ever used a gyro ball for working out? Those things are awsome if you can only use one arm I had my right destroyed years ago and it helped me tremendously. I see them at future shop with a motorized base for getting them started so you only need one hand. Good luck with your recovery hope everything goes well for you.

I do use one actually... I have never had a hard time getting it going so I never used the motorized one.
An update... the fracture is healing nicely in my left hand although it healed with the knuckle a little farther back than normal. I am not sure how this will effect my armwrestling. There will be no surgery on my left wrist. Looks like it will just be a lot of slow careful rehab. The goal is to start testing it out on the table in early 2008.
