Austin
I have not tried those sledge rotations yet (for rehabing). I am getting a program from my therapist Tuesday, I'll mention this to her then.
I think that would shoot pain right into my elbow but I'll give it a try here at home with a really light weight.
Thx for the tip.

I hate those powerballs. I could never get it started. Very annoying!! As for tennis elbow... yes I fully agree with austin. Sledge rotations are really good for tennis elbow.
Austin, I am not sure full range hammer curls will help. After 90 degrees your arm is parallel with the table and that is a loss. For partial hammer curls try grabbing the weight and putting your elbow against your stomach.

My therapist has me doing those sledge rotations. I saw her today and that is one of the things she has me doing. Very lightly at first just south of the "discomfort zone" in the rep range of 15-20.
