TUE 10 APR 07 Forearm day today.Dumbell Wrist Curl1 sets of 5 reps @ 55 pounds. 1 sets of 5 reps @ 65 pounds. 1 sets of 5 reps @ 75 pounds. 1 sets of 5 reps @ 85 pounds. 1 sets of 5 reps @ 95 pounds. 5 sets of 5 reps @ 105 pounds. **105 pounds was 3/4 of a full rep, so I topped out there for now. Right wrist still sore, so I started out low. 2 minute rest between sets.**Ivanko Super Gripper5 sets of 5 reps @ 11/12/5 (401 pounds). **Crushed to 1/2 inch then assisted to 1/8 inch. This was performed with pivot down. Rest was 2.5 minutes between sets.**

THU 12 APR 07 Back day today.Front Lat Pulldowns (Medium Parallel Grip)5 sets of 4 reps @ 320 pounds. **Rest was 2.25 minutes between sets.**Front Lat Pulldowns (Narrow Parallel Grip)5 sets of 3 reps @ 320 pounds. 1 sets of 3 holds @ 320 pounds for 5 seconds. **Rest was 2.25 minutes between sets.**Dumbell Concentration Holds5 sets of 1 hold @ 65 pounds for 5 seconds. **Bend at waist, grab dumbell in full curl and lift it off the bench. I just wanted to see how these felt. I'm going to start to add more static holds to my routines. Rest was 1 minute between sets.**

SUN 15 APR 07 Chest day today.Bench Press Lockouts (Straight Barbell)1 sets of 3 reps @ 220 pounds. 1 sets of 3 reps @ 270 pounds. 1 sets of 3 reps @ 320 pounds. 1 sets of 3 reps @ 370 pounds. 3 sets of 3 reps @ 410 pounds. **Elbows at 90* to full lockout. Free weight, 1.5 minute rest in between each set.**Standing Cable Cross-Overs1 sets of 5 reps @ 60 pounds each hand. 1 sets of 5 reps @ 80 pounds each hand. 5 sets of 5 reps @ 85 pounds each hand. **85 pounds on this machine is equal to 170 pounds on the machines at Golds. 2.5 minute rest in between each set.**Wrist hurt a bit but it felt really good to press something again.

Jeez you throw around alot of weight Mathew. Do you have a technique preference on the table? Hook? Top? Sweep?

Thanks, John. ;D So far, I prefer the toproll (due to rows/hammer curls/levering) but I want to perfect my hook and get to use some triceps pressing. It really depends on what doesn't hurt that day! ;D

TUE 17 APR 07 Gripper/Forearm day today.COC #310 sets of 3 reps @ parallel set, to fully closed. **2006. Rest was 2 minutes between sets.**Beef Builder Grip Machine (Single Handed)5 sets of 1 hold @ 250 pounds for 5 seconds. **250 was closed for a second and then opened out to ¾ inch and held for 4. Plate weight only shown. Rest was 2 minutes between sets.**Dumbell Wrist Curl5 sets of 5 reps @ 105 pounds. **105 pounds was 3/4 of a full rep, so I’ll stay there for now. 2 minute rest between sets.**Dumbell Deadlift (Bent Wrist)5 sets of 1 hold @ 105 pounds for 5 seconds. **Felt pretty good. Rest was 1 minutes between sets.**

SAT 21 APR 07 Biceps day today.Dumbell Hammer Curl5 sets of 5 reps @ 105 pounds. **Rest was 2 minutes between sets.**One Arm Cable Concentration Curl5 sets of 5 reps @ 120 pounds. **Lat tower (1:1 pulley ratio), laying on back, curl to face. Rest was 2 minutes between sets.**
